  Redesigned, and maintained www.tritech.com and 4 customer portals using an opensource CMS and LAMP stack. Customer portal features included authentication, user account/portfolio management, video streaming, forums, and live support chat. Built and maintained a virtual datacenter containing the production, staging, and testing environments. Machines were managed with VMware, and installed with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) v6. User interfaces for SalesForce customer portals were wire-framed using Balsamiq Mockups.

  Performed functional, optimization, and performance testing across multiple OS´s and browsers for Lightspan Adventures web-based video games. Implemented test plans, processes, and performance testing on the Lightspan Adventures games created for Sony PlayStation. Provided input for functional requirements, designs, schedules and potential issues.

  Created build and deploy processes for the CorrigoNet web application. Integrated support for daily builds across the web and data center teams. Commissioned partnerships across departments to ensure a seamless build and deploy process. Published build release notes and assisted QA in tracking releases and patches. Performed network administration with Windows 2000 server. Worked with TCP/IP, DNS, Classic ASP, VBScript, Windows Script Host, and MS SQL server 2000.
